Due to the technical structure of the Internet you should take care for own
measures in respect to confidentiality and integrity of the contents of your
emails if these will be sent via your private email-account to SAFEDOR (e.g.
by using standard encoding software). In case you are sending emails directly
from SAFEDOR´s contact sphere, please note that these data will be transmitted
uncoded. For this reason, no warranty can be given in respect to confidentiality
and integrity for such emails´ contents.

place of jurisdiction for any legal action against SAFEDOR is Hamburg, provided
